Checkweigher System, Optiweigh, Model IW 600 E is primarily used for weighing and segregating  packs for low or high weight, during the packing. 

The checkweigher is easy to integrate in any existing line and occupies less space.

The system consists of Inlet, Weighing and Exit Conveyor. The exit conveyor has a suitable rejection mechanism that works on pneumatic supply.

Belt Feed Weighers are suitable for free and non-free flowing products like detergent, seeds, grain, sand, free-flowing powders, animal feed, bran, chips, rice, wheat, plastic granules, fertilizers, sugar, tea etc. The quantity fed during course feed, fine feed and super fine feed modes, depends on the flow characteristics of the material and the flow rates are adjusted using product gate.

These are basically available in three capacities viz. up to 1.5 kg, 6 kg and 50 kg. The number of filling heads is configured depending on speed required.

Sometimes pneumatic operated gates are offered at the end of the belt to arrest uncontrolled fall of products such as seeds, while stopping the belt.

Gravity Feed Weighers are suitable for free flowing products like grain, sand, plastic granules, fertilizers, sugar, detergent etc. The quantity fed during course feed, fine feed and super fine feed modes depends on the flow characteristics of the material and the flow rates are adjusted using product gate. 

These are basically available in two capacities viz. up to 6 kg and 5 ~ 50 kg & larger versions are available on request. The number of filling heads is configured depending on speed required.

Screw Feed Weighers are suitable for non-free flowing products like detergent, flour, chemicals, powders etc. 
The quantity fed during course feed, fine feed and super fine feed modes depends on the flow characteristics of the material. 
Screw Feed Weighers are available in three capacities viz. up to 6 kg, 15 kg and 50 kg. The number of filling heads is configured depending on the speed required. 
Customized weighing buckets are available, depending upon product bulk density. Multiple feeding screws are provided in highly demanding applications to achieve accuracy requirement. Weighing speeds can be achieved up to 20-30 weighments per minute per head and can be expanded up to 3 heads.
